No Refund on services

Policy  Scope
 

This policy applies to all services provided by Cowboy Spas and is aimed at ensuring fair and consistent handling of requests for refunds.

Audience
This policy applies to all customers and clients who have purchased services from Cowboy Spas.

Refund Eligibility
All sales are final and no refunds will be provided for services rendered by Cowboy Spas unless explicitly stated otherwise in a separate agreement or contract.

In cases where a refund is applicable, the customer must present a valid proof of purchase and provide a clear explanation for the refund request.

Refunds will only be granted for valid reasons significant errors or defects in the service, or any other reason deemed valid by Cowboy Spas.

Refund Process
Customers must submit their refund request in writing to Cowboy Spas customer service team via email @ support@cowboyspas.con within 5 days of the date of purchase.

Refund requests will be reviewed and assessed on a case-by-case basis by the appropriate department or individual designated by Cowboy Spas.

If the refund request is approved, the customer will be notified and the refund will be processed within 5 days.

The refund will be issued using the original payment method used by the customer, unless otherwise agreed upon.

Exceptions
The following services are exempt from this refund policy:

Services provided on a non-refundable basis
Services that have been partially or fully rendered
Services purchased during a promotional or discounted period
Services that are partially paid, like quotes, and prepaid estimates
Appeals
If a customer disagrees with the outcome of their refund request, they have the right to appeal by submitting additional evidence or providing further clarification to support their claim.

Appeals should be submitted in writing to Cowboy Spas within 3 days of receiving the refund decision.

The appeal will be reviewed by a different department or individual within Cowboy Spas who was not involved in the initial decision-making process. Ultimately it will be determined by the owner or executive team if your refund is eligible.

The outcome of the appeal will be final and there will be no further opportunity for further appeals within Cowboy Spas. We will not be held liable for any damages, costs, loss or inconvenience caused by these policies. You further agree that you waive your right to litigation 

Policy Enforcement
Cowboy Spas reserves the right to modify or amend this policy at any time without prior notice.

Violation of this policy may result in disciplinary action, including but not limited to, termination of employment or legal action. Violators of non payment, customers who are deemed as threatening, demeaning, indecent, or otherwise slanderous will be permanently banned from our services 

Any exceptions to this policy must be approved in writing by the appropriate department or individual designated by Cowboy Spas.
